A court case possibly reveals new details in what led to the death of a central Illinois woman. Prosecutors say a Putnam County man accused of concealing the homicidal death of his sister-in-law -- may have done it to collect gambling debts.
The death of a 74 year old Peoria an is now being investigated asa homicide. Last Wednesday Frank Runyon was taken to a hospital with injuries to his face and bleeding of the brain. Five days later,Runyon died.
