The owner of a Bloomington gas station, indicted for allegedly selling bath salts, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday. 38 year old Ramchandra Patel is charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Police say he sold the illegal substance to an undercover officer. Police say they recovered two packages of bath salts from the BP Amoco in the 2400 block of South Main Street.
