A Bloomington man, who was indicted last summer for a June robbery, was re indicted Wednesday on a new charge. 24 year old John Harness is facing another armed robbery charge for the June 6th holdup at Global Tobacco in Bloomington. Harness is accused of robbing the store at 2303 East Washington Street at gunpoint, but no shots were fired. Police claim it's the first known robbery in the county targeting bath salts. Those salts can be inhaled and give you a high. Harness is also charged with spitting on two officers during this arrest last summer.
