Three charges against a Bloomington teenager, who allegedly led police on a chase which ended in a crash at a construction business, were dropped Friday. 17 year old Ryan Hernandez is no longer charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated fleeing and reckless driving because of insufficient evidence. He'll return to court August 30th. Police say the incident began about 3:30am when an officer stopped at a red light at Oakland Avenue and Center Street and the officer began to follow the car. A brief pursuit resulted in Hernandez crashing at a curve, hitting the north side of Kelley's Construction.
