Former Peoria Principal Seeks Dismissal of Criminal Case

A former Peoria principal, charged with theft and official misconduct, filed a motion to dismiss the case against her Friday. 51 year old Mary Davis is charged with eight counts of theft and eight counts of official misconduct. She's accused of exerting unauthorized control of District 150 currency while principal at Lindbergh Middle School. Davis is back in court August 19th.
