Galesburg Woman Arrested for Gasoline Theft

  A Galesburg woman was arrested on charges she stole gasoline at least 8 times in the last month from a local filling station. According to WGIL Radio, Galesburg police were called to Hy Vee on East Main Street Saturday after a gas drive off complaint. The manager says the same car had driven off on eight different occasions.  Police arrested 35 year old Karleena Kempf through store surveillance tape and photos and obtaining a license number. Kempf is now facing eight counts of theft of motor fuel. Police claim she was forced to steal the gas by another man who threatened her.
