Peorian Charged with Latest Homicide in Court

  A Peoria man, whose charged with wounding his estranged wife and killing her co worker last Friday, appeared in court Monday after being formally charged Sunday. 30 year old Kenon Allen, charged with murder and attempted murder, tried unsuccessfully Monday to get his five million dollar bond reduced. Allen is charged with stabbing to death Mary Sue Roberts, 27 and stabbed and wounded Traci Allen, at Title Max on North University. If convicted, Kenon Allen could face from 20 to 60 years in prison.
