One of three Twin City residents, picked up last spring following a drug bust, failed to show up in court Thursday and a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to prosecutors. A hearing was scheduled to consider revoking probation for 24 year old Ronnie Berry. Berry was put on two years first offender probation after pleading guilty to a marijuana possession charge but prosecutors say he recently tested positive for marijuana. Meantime, 23 year old Bryan Sullivan was convicted by a judge rather than a jury of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and unlawful possession. Sullivan will be sentenced in August. Another co defendant, 23 year old Brian Cochran pleaded guilty last year to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within a one thousand feet of a school. He was sentenced to four years in prison but was recommended for a form of prison boot camp. If successful, he would be released early from prison.
