One of two Tazewell County residents, indicted in connection with an April robbery at a Washington jewelry store, pleaded NOT GUILTY Thursday. 23 year old Justine Mooberry of Marquette Heights is charged with aggravated robbery. Police believe she drove the getaway car and helped pawn the stolen jewelry taken from Foster Jewelry in Washington. Meantime, police are still loking for 27 year old Nicholas Eagan of Washington whose also charged with aggravated robbery and unlawful restraint. Mooberry will be back in court July 8th.
