Washington Man Sentenced in Federal Court

  A Washington businessman, Mark Swank, 40 was sentenced Thursday in Peoria federal court to 21 months in federal prison for money laundering and bankruptcy fraud, according to a release from the U S Attorney's Office in Springfield. Swank was also ordered to pay restitution of 800 thousand dollars and to serve a two year term of supervised release upon conviction of the prison sentence.
