• ½ head cabbage, shredded
• 3 oz balsamic vinegar or vinaigrette
• Sugar to taste
• 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheddar cheese
• 1 oz parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
Combine cabbage, vinegar, and sugar. Toss to combine. Adjust seasoning. Toss in mozzarella and parmesan.
