Dragon Dumps Owner Dodges Another Court Appearance, Registers Business

PEKIN, Ill. - The owner of Dragon Dumps, who left garbage on a Pekin homeowner's property during a money dispute, dodging another court appearance by registering his business in Tazewell County.

The deadline for that registration is Thursday, however, but up until last month, Drew Vice, had not registered to operate within the county.

As WMBD first reported, Vice stood before a City Ordinance Violation Judge last month for operating a business within the city without a license between June and October of last year. Vice paide a fine to settle that violation.

But, the cleanup still continues for the businessowner. The Tazewell County State's Attorney says Vice still faces charges of dumping garbage on a property. That court date is set for October 30th.
