New Tenth Circuit Judge and Peoria County Public Defender Announced

PEORIA, Ill. -- There is a new lead public defender in Peoria County court and a new Associate Judge in the Tenth Judicial Circuit.

Nathan Bach has been selected as the new Peoria County Public Defender. Bach has been practicing law in Peoria for the last decade, including a stint as Assistant Peoria County State’s Attorney and in private practice. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk.

The newest Associate Judge in the Tenth Judicial Circuit is Sean Donahue. He is filling a vacancy created due to the upcoming retirement of Judge Richard McCoy.

 

Donahue has practiced law in Peoria for the past 13 years and currently serves as a solo practitioner. He has to be formally certified by the Administrative Office of Illinois Courts in Springfield.
