TAZEWELL COUNTY - The two people killed in Wednesday's car crash on Manito Black Top Road have been identified.
According to the Tazewell County Sheriff's Office a Ford Ranger, driven by 70 year old Kathleen Goldring, of Manito, was traveling southbound when she crossed over the center line and collided with a Chevrolet Colorado truck. The Chevrolet Colorado was driven by 58 year old Thomas Williamson, of Tremont, with 19 year old Austin Macewan, from Pekin, as the passenger.
Deputies arrived on the scene and found the Chevrolet Colorado truck fully engulfed in flames. Forman Fire Department came in and put the fire out. The two male individuals were found deceased in the truck.
Forman Ambulance transported Goldring to OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital for her injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
No traffic citations have been issued at this time.
