Police make second arrest in deadly hit-and-run crash

MCLEAN - Two people have been arrested in relation to the crash that killed a 79-year-old woman Wednesday. Phyllis Graver died of her injuries after the crash near Morrissey Drive and Chrisman Lane.

22-year-old Jakeb Collins was arrested Thursday after police received additional information from the public. He faces charges of leaving the scene of an accident.

Bloomington Police are seeking felony drunk driving charges against 54-year-old Darin Scott in connection to the crash. Police say they arrested Scott at his home shortly after the crash after finding a red minivan matching the description of the vehicle seen leaving the scene of the hit and run on Wednesday.

Police had received a tip about Scott from an anonymous caller before the crash, saying that he had a history of drunk driving.
