An alleged drunk driver, who police say, was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident in April, was re indicted Tuesday by the grand jury on new charges. According to court officials, 39 year old Marlon Coleman, whose already facing three counts of aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident, is facing three more aggravated DUI counts. Police claim Coleman collided with a motorcycle driven by Daniel Cantrall just north of downtown Peoria in April, which left Cantrall dead at the scene. Authorities say Coleman left the scene but was followed by a witness who notified police. According to court records, Coleman has been arrested twice since 1997 for DUI and convicted once. Coleman is due in court on the new charges Thursday.
