A man, formerly convicted of murdering of his ex girlfriend, wants his lawsuit moved from McLean County. According to our news partner WJBC Radio, Alan Beaman wants his lawsuit against the town of Normal and three police officers moved to a different judicial circuit. A hearing on that matter is set for July 3rd. Beaman claims they conspired to frame him. He was convicted for the murder of his ex girlfriend, Jennifer Lockmiller in 1993 before the Illinois Supreme Court overturned the conviction in 2008 and released him from prison.
