Benson Teenager Convicted of Drug Induced Homicide

It took a Woodford County jury about twenty minutes Friday to find a Benson teenager guilty of drug induced homicide in connection with the death of a Roanoke Benson High School student last year. 18 year old John Grafelman is accused of giving the student heroin that caused her death. Grafelman was also convicted of the delivery of heroin and endangering the life of a child since the victim was under 18. Grafelman, who faces from 6 to 30 years in prison, will be sentenced May 12th.
