BLOOMINGTON- The process of fixing the Pepsi Ice Center hit a big of a snag on Monday. The council had received a number of bids for the project to repair the deck, that's been down about 200 spaces since October, but the bids were very far apart in value. The lowest bid was around $950,000, while the high end was above $2 million.
Mayor Tari Renner says that made the council pause, to wonder if the contractors really know what's needed to repair the structure.
