A Bloomington driver, indicted in connection with a fatal accident last month, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday to five counts of aggravated DUI. Police say 37 year old Jamie Webb ran a red light while westbound on Empire near Main Street and struck a car, killing ISU student Michael Collins and injuring three others. Webb's bond remained at a half million dollars. She's also facing several traffic citations as well. Webb will be back in court May 7th.
