A Bloomington man, accused of starting a fire which left two people injured, was charged Wednesday with attempted murder and aggravated arson. A judge set bond for 25 year old Joshua Hoeniges at one million dollars. Firemen say when they arrived in the 1200 block of Walnut Street Tuesday, the house was fully engulfed in flames with people trapped. Damage to the home was set at 25 thousand dollars. The case will most likely be heard before a grand jury.
