One of two Bloomington men, indicted earlier this year in connection with an alleged drive by shooting changed his plea to guilty Thursday. According to court officials, 26 year old Deantre Jefferson entered the plea to aggravated discharge of a firearm. He'll be sentenced October 10th. He and 19 year old Amon Wiley were charged with aggravated battery and aggravated discharge of a firearm charges. Those charges stem from a shooting in January in which several shots were fired from a car in the 800 block of East Jefferson which left a woman wounded. Jefferson was picked up in Chicago. According to prosecutors, Wiley is being held legally responsible, claiming he was the driver of the car involved in the incident. Prosecutors say they have no motive for the shooting. Wiley, whose bond remained at a half million dollars, is back in court September 5th.
