BLOOMINGTON- Four juveniles are arrested for allegedly attacking a man, twice, in Bloomington.

Police say a group was blocking the intersection of Mill and Mason Street on Thursday morning.

A man driving his vehicle asked them to move, but police say he was then attacked.

The victim was able to drive to his workplace.

But police say the group followed and attacked him again and a co-worker who stopped to assist the victim.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

With the recent hype of mob action, Bloomington Police want to remind residents to be more vigilant.

"I think anything like this catches headlines and gets peoples' attention. But I think if you were actually able to step back from it and look at how many times this actually happens it's very, very infrequent," said Ken Bays, Assistant Chief of Police.

The juveniles are facing charges of vehicular invasion, aggravated battery, mob action, and illegal consumption of alcohol.
