A Bloomington tow company employee, indicted on several charges two years ago following an investigation into drugs and towed cars, pleaded guilty Tuesday to an amended charge. 45 year old Sean Youngblood, as part of a plea agreement, pleaded guilty to one count of no junking or salvage certificate and was put on three years probation. He was also fined 2500 dollars and other charges were dropped, according to court officials. Police arrested Youngblood on a warrant executed in 2012 at both a residence in Bloomington and the Bloomington Normal Towing Company on Fort Jesse Road in Normal. Police say Youngblood was selling cars that had been towed without following proper procedure.
