A Bloomington woman was charged Monday with aggravated DUI and DUI after a crash sends four people to the hospital, one in critical condition. Police say 37 year old Jamie Webb also received two traffic tickets following a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Main and Empire in Bloomington. Police say the accident happened around 2 am Saturday. According to our news partner WJBC Radio, prosecutors say Webb was driving between 45 and 60 mph on Empire Street. Webb allegedly ran a red light and hit a Camry. One of the Camry's passengers, Michael Collins had surgery for a head injury and remained in critical condition Monday. Three women in his car were taken to the hospital with injuries. Meantime, Webb's bond was set Monday at a half million dollars.
