Hundreds of students are making their return- or coming to the Peoria campus for the first time.
Upperclassmen helped the process go smoothly.
They worked in shifts to move incoming freshmen into their dorms.
Bradley expected nearly 1,200 students to move in today.
The mother of one of those new students say she's glad they had the extra help.
“This is awesome my other two, we had to move them in and out. So this is really great. Drop it off and have these kids welcoming him. So it's been nice,” said Liza Bachrach, a mother of a student.
State troopers, Peoria police and Bradley University officers patrolled the area, monitoring traffic and making sure move-in day went smoothly.
