DANVERS - Celebrating their local culture is a yearly tradition for residents of one Central Illinois community.
Today, the town of Danvers held its annual Danvers Day event.
Thirty local vendors joined musicians and area charities to showcase some of the community's local flare.
About 2,00 residents came to the festival.
Organizers say this event supports other events put on in the town.
That includes next years Danvers Day.
It also raises money for people in the community that could use a helping hand.
