A Bloomington man, accused of starting a fire which left two people injured, may learn his fate Friday once the McLean County jury hearing the case resumes deliberations. 25 year old Joshua Hoeniges is charged with attempted murder and aggravated arson. His bond remains at one million dollars. Firemen say when they arrived in the 1200 block of West Walnut last March, the house was fully involved in flames with people trapped. Damage to the home was listed at 25 thousand dollars. The jury began deliberations Thursday afternoon but will resume deliberating Friday morning.
