The club gave the Ray A. Neumman Tri-County Citizen of the Year award to Reverend Tom Goodell.
The Crossroads United Methodist church pastor is honored for his actions during the November tornado.
Rev. Goodell led the Washington church, with the help of the Salvation Army, to serve 30,000 hot meals over the two weeks following the tornado.
Dozens were also housed in his church.
