There, coaches pumped up their teams and the fans. After introducing the players, the elementary and high school principals took the ALS ice bucket challenge with the superintendent.
Jim Allen, Lexington High School principal: "Nothing too bad there,” said high school principal Jim Allen. “Of course, knowing that the donation we're going to make is going to go help solve this whole ALS deal, it means a lot. So, we're just glad that we get to participate and do that.”
The school teachers are also making donations to ALS research, which has collected over $100 million nationally since the challenge began. After getting soaked, Lexington challenged LeRoy’s school administrators to follow their lead.
