"What's going to be great about them is these kids are going to bring their experience into the classroom and their energy and their excitement, and they're, they're going to just probably reinvigorate the classroom as well,” said Cheryl Springwood, Evans Junior High teacher.
"I just feel like it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. It's so much fun, and I'm so glad that I get to experience it at this age,” said
Elyse Smith, a sixth grader at Holy Trinity.
The camp started as a result of a grant from the Donnocker Innovation Fund. There's also a camp for fourth and fifth grade scientists called "Mythbusters."
