Statements allegedly made by a former Baptist missionary, accused of murdering his wife last year on Valentine’s Day in Peoria can be used at his upcoming trial.
That was the decision this afternoon of a Peoria judge who will hear the case against Nathan Leuthold.
He is charged with the shooting death of his wife, Denise, who was found dead in her parent’s home on Mossville Road.
Police believe Leuthold staged the murder to look like a burglary.
Leuthold’s trial has been moved back to July.
