New evidence has come to light in a double murder case out of Dwight.

The Dwight Police Department is releasing new details about the murder weapon allegedly used to kill Kelli and Donna Denker on June 14.

The same gun has been linked to 28-year-old Joseph Sipple’s suicide on June 26.

The gun was reportedly stolen from a Morton home.

Police say the investigation has shown Joseph Sipple was involved in a residential burglary of the Denker house in August of last year.

The June killings are still under investigation.
