Pekin Physicians Reroute to Guatemala

PEKIN - Pekin hospital had a group ready to take a mission trip to Liberia.


But now, they’re rerouting because of the Ebola outbreak.


The trip was planned was planned for this November.


Pekin Hospital's mission coordinator decided to cancel their trip to Monrovia, Liberia.


That was after they'd already held a 5-K for the mission.


Now, they've just decided to go to Guatemala.


From November 14th through 21st, Pekin physicians will treat patients in outlying villages.
