Peoria Chiefs Renaming Stadium

PEORIA - The Peoria Chiefs players are kicking off the new baseball season playing in a new stadium... so to speak.

O'Brien Field will change its name to Peoria Chiefs Stadium this season because no one wants to buy the naming rights to the field.

Team president Rocky Vonachen says the team is  looking for a new sponsor for the stadium, which would help bring in more money for the organization.

No word yet on when any signage changes would happen to the stadium.
