The only person charged after police searched a home regarding the mayor twitter parody case, was indicted Tuesday. 36 year old Jacob Elliott is facing one misdemeanor count of marijuana and one felony count. While searching the home on North University as part of the twitter account investigation, police say they found some pot. Elliott remains free on bond until his next court appearance Thursday. Meantime, the ACLU announced Tuesday it will be taking legal action against the city of Peoria in connection with the Peoria Mayor twitter parody. The ACLU claims the city violated the first and fourth amendments of the creator of that controversial parody account, Jon Daniel.
