A Peoria man, who has a pending robbery case and is a reputed member of the Zone Four street gang, pleaded NOT GUILTY Thursday to a grand jury indictment handed down this week. 20 year old Darrell D. Booker, Junior is facing aggravated robbery, robbery and armed robbery charges in connection with a recent holdup at the Pennsylvania Terrace Apartments. The grand jury added an armed robbery charge as the alleged weapon had been recovered by police. Police claim surveillance video shows the robbery near an elevator and a necklace and money were taken. Court officials say Booker is still facing another robbery charge from April and will be in court again on that charge in September.
