Peorian Pleads NOT GUILTY to Five Count Indictment

A Peoria man, wanted by police since a July 26th shooting incident, pleaded NOT GUILTY Thursday to a five count indictment. 33 year old Robert Luckett was wanted in connection with a shooting in the 200 block of West Richmond Avenue on a report of multiple shots fired. Luckett was charged with attempted murder, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, armed habitual criminal, domestic battery and aggravated domestic battery. His bond remains at one million dollars. There are no other suspects wanted in connection with this incident. Luckett is due in court September 26th.
