A former Baptist missionary, accused of murdering his wife last year on Valentine's Day in Peoria, wants certain statements he allegedly made to police suppressed at this upcoming trial. In court Monday, Nathan Leuthold's attorney presented his motion and Judge Kevin Lyons set a hearing for April 25th. Leuthold is charged with the shooting death of his wife, Denis who was found dead in her parent's home on Mossville Road last year. Police believe Leuthold staged the murder to look like burglary. Leuthold's trial is now set for May 6th.
