A Peoria man, arrested in connection with the holdup of a Marathon gas station on North University, was sentenced Friday to fifteen years in prison. 29 year old Ryan Lakin changed his plea to guilty to one count of aggravated robbery after being charged last April. Police believe Lakin robbed the station just before three in the morning in early April. A tip from the public led to Lakin's arrest.
