Poll: Majority Say White House Deceived on Benghazi

A new Fox News poll released Wednesday night indicates a majority of those polled think the Obama administration misled them about the events surrounding the Benghazi attacks in which four people including an ambassador died. 54 percent of voters think they were deceived and about half say the same about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In addition by a 51 to 39 margin, voters say the White House knowingly lied about the attacks to help President Obama's re election campaign. Among Democrats, 25 percent say Obama has tried to deceive on Benghazi. Voters by a 67 to 28 percent margin approve of the Republicans establishing a new select committee to investigate the controversy, including 55 percent of Democrats.
