Elections are still five months away but early polling is good news for Republican gubernatorial hopeful Bruce Rauner and probably giving Pat Quinn some pause. According to ReBoot Illinois, Rauner has a substantial ten point lead over Quinn with 16 percent of the voters still undecided. Meantime, in the same poll for the U S Senate race, incumbent Democrat Dick Durbin holds a 52 to 39 percent lead with nine percent of voters undecided.
