MACKINAW - One McLean County non-profit was revving up engines for a good cause.

Homes of Hope hosted its fifth annual Benefit Car Show at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard and Winery.

People could check out the hot rods while listening to some music.

All the money raised will go back to Homes of Hope - which provides housing, support, and services to adults with developmental disabilities in Bloomington-Normal.

Homes of Hope Director of Development Katie Novak said, "What this money will be used for, basically, is to help maintain our homes and provide activities for our residents. We get a little funding from the state, but that is irregular and not as much as we need, so this, kind of, helps offset some of those costs."

The organization hopes to raise around 5,000 dollars at Sunday's car show.
