BLOOMINGTON - Bloomington's city hall is in the midst of a giant roof renovation.

Crews started work to repair the 25 year old leaky roof on Wednesday, by removing gravel from up top. On Tuesday, they're expected to begin current roof demolition.

The new flat roof will have a four way taper EDPM drainage system. Repairs will also include replacing nine sky lights. The $225,000 project is expected to take about six or seven weeks to complete, weather permitting.
