GALESBURG - Day 13 of the strike, and still no agreement between Galesburg teachers and the school board.

This after several hours of negotiations Sunday failed to resolve all the problems between the two sides.

One of the key issues is recall rights, which is how districts determine who to bring back when there are layoffs.

Health insurance for teachers runs out on August 31st.

Union representatives say they're hopeful an agreement can be reached tomorrow.

They're also determining how these missed school days will be made up.

The teachers union and school board will have to bargain on that as well.

The two sides will meet again Tuesday afternoon.
