Suds and Music Flow at Bruegala

BLOOMINGTON- Bruegala has officially kicked off in Bloomington.

Bruegala is sponsored by the Bloomington-Normal Jaycees and the Bloomington Center for Performing Arts.

The 21 and older event features live music by local bands and over 30 beer and wine stations.

All proceeds will benefit local charities throughout the area.

Organizers say it's a great way to for adults to come out and have some fun.

"We'll have anywhere from three to five thousand people inside and outside the building. It's super exciting. We have all this energy in downtown right now and we welcome and encourage people to come down and participate with us," commented Tina Salamone ,BCPA Director.

More than 200 craft beers are available for tasting.

The event will kick-off again Saturday afternoon at 2:30.
