Three Arrested in Peoria Cold Case Investigation

PEORIA - Three men are arrested today in a 2006 Peoria cold case homicide investigation.


Two females were shot the night of  March 15, 2006 in the 1300 block of N. Ellis Street in Peoria.


Robbin Underwood died as a result of the shooting.


Today, more than eight years later, detectives of the Peoria Police Department Violent Crime Unit, and the FBI Violent Crime Task Force arrest 34-year-old Allen Fitzpatrick, 34-year-old Anthony King, and 31-year-old Michael Johnson for the homicide of Underwood.


All three are in the Peoria County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
