Three Bloomington teenagers, indicted in connection with the murder of a homeless man, asked to have a new judge hear their case Friday. The judge agreed to let 18 year old Willie Chambers have a new judge while 19 year old Tory Washington and 18 year old Anthony Davis Dickson were denied. The trio is accused of beating Ronald Smith in O'Neil Park last June. He died of his injuries in July. The suspects also face charges stemming from other incidents on the Constitution Trail in June.
