Three Peoria men, alleged associated with the notorious Bomb Squad street gang, were sentenced Thursday in Peoria federal court. Cleveland Oliver, Tahir Goodman and Deandre Blocker Junior all were sentenced for possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, according to court officials. Goodman and Blocker each received a five year sentence while Oliver was given four years in federal prison. Their arrests were part of Peoria's Don't Shoot campaign which was launched to rid the city of gun violence. By the way, the city is having another Don't Shoot call in later this month.
