The last of 15 people rounded up two years ago in a federal drug trafficking case in the Twin Cities were sentenced Thursday in Peoria federal court. 31 year old Matthew Sullivan of Bloomington was given 26 years in prison as one of the primary leaders of the drug organization while 37 year old William M.
